Our History
ML Geo Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd was founded in March 2021, by a young qualified Engineering Geologist with experience in the geotechnical engineering and materials engineering fields with knowledge in geotechnical, geotechnical and materials investigations and reporting. Furthermore with the knowledge in engineering geology mapping, geotechnical, materials documentation, geotechnical supervision and drilling supervision as well as experience working in the South Africa

Mr L.M. Maphumulo is currently a professional Principal Engineering Geologist at ML Geo‐Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd based in Durban in Kwa-Zulu Natal. He has worked in the geotechnical and material engineering fields for over 7 years. He has specialized knowledge in geotechnical and geotechnical data acquisition and analysis, geotechnical and geotechnical mapping, geotechnical investigation specifically foundation, pipeline and material investigation, also include geotechnical report writing in civil engineering industry. He responsible a numerous projects in small to very large geotechnical projects within in Republic of South Africa
Mr M L Maphumulo honours research project focused in Hydrogeology where he analysed groundwater quality using multivariate statistic and GIS in Beaufort west area, South Africa.
